In this episode, I am joined by Dr. Berend Mets, a professor and chair of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Penn State University College of Medicine. Dr. Mets is has a strong passion for globalizing quality anesthesia care and in particular to increase the quality of surgery and anesthesia in under resourced environments. We discuss global efforts which are currently taking place to undergo this work.
